FAQ's

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A HEALING?
To make the most of your healing experience please allow ample time before and after your session for quiet and integration. Wear comfortable clothes and prepare to be laying on a massage/healing table for approximately 1hr
WHAT WILL I EXPERIENCE IN A HEALING?
When you arrive I'll ease you in by having a chat about your concerns, reasons for coming and explaining how I work. Depending on the healing modality used (see "Healings" page for descriptions) I may at times place my hands directly on your body and at other times just above your body working in your Auric field. As guided by spirit I may take you through certain visualisations, prayers and ask for feedback to assist in the healing. All healings are a collaborative experience.
HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT HEALING MODALITY IS BEST FOR ME?
This is always an intuitive choice. By reading through the descriptions on the "Healings" page is the best way for you to feel into what healing modality suits you. If unsure,  I recommend the "Quantum Transformational Healing" which allows me to intuitively use many modalities and techniques as guided to best support your healing experience.
HOW MANY HEALING SESSIONS DO I NEED?
Usually from 1-3 sessions for healing, deepening and awakening. I will give you  guidance and simple exercises for homework to assist the healing process I do recommend follow up sessions as the work deepens over time. I have some clients see me monthly for an energetic and spiritual tune up, clearing, cleansing and balancing as part of their monthly well being schedule.
CAN I HAVE A HEALING LONG DISTANCE/INTERSTATE OR OVERSEAS?
Yes! The energy I work with exists within the Quantum field outside of Time and Space. I work in 3 different ways:
~ We do a live healing in real time with you laying down as we communicate over phone, skype, whatsapp etc.
~ I can do a full hour healing at any time and you will receive the healing energy and effects beginning immediately and integrating in your quiet times and when your asleep. 
~ We can choose for me to send healing for 10mins a day for 7 days. I find this works best for children and teenagers
